A few years later Premier Commercial Builders was established to fill a void in the Westman Area, the goal was to produce commercial and industrial projects that matched the same level of quality we have for our homes.    Aubrey Arellano started with Sutton-Harrison Realty as an office manager, where she learned the ins and outs of the real estate business. She was inspired to take on more responsibility and quickly took on the role of Sutton-Harrison’s marketing specialist and began using her passion and talent for photography and graphic design to re-brand the company. She obtained her real estate licence after working with Sutton for one year. She was a top performer and award winner in her first year in sales and continues to be a top performer year after year. Ted is a Western Manitoban by birth and a Brandonite by choice after moving to the Wheat City from a Waskada area farm as a 19-year-old hockey goal tending star. He has earned his Bachelor of Science degree and teaching certificate. He had majored in Zoology and Physical Geography. Ted has previously enjoyed teaching at Assinboine Community College where he taught marketing for 5 years.    Kit encompasses the Sutton Spirit by serving his community as President of the Wheat City Tennis Club, as a Shriner, Habitat for Humanity volunteer, and Past Master of the Masonic Lodge.
