   Shambel  Muluneh was born and raised in the rural part of Ethiopia and now calls Brandon home, where he lives with his wife and two beautiful daughters. Landing in Brandon in 2013 with his wife, he knows first-hand about the difficulty of passing through the challenges of cultures, language barriers and new weather conditions. His determination, integrity, and hard work ethic are just a few of the values that Shambel carries, to provide outstanding customer service to his clients in their home buying and selling needs.  Fluent in both Amharic and English language, Shambel also comes to us with a Civil Engineering background and is a member of Engineers Geoscientist Manitoba and is a licensed Wastewater Treatment Operator with Manitoba Sustainable Development.  Shambel has been working in the service industry in the community of Brandon since 2014, is passionate about customer service, and excited to be working in real estate.

   David Castellanos is a Colombian-Canadian who has enjoyed life in Brandon for over a decade. He first moved to Canada at the age of 13 with his mother. He lived in Vancouver and Toronto before moving to Brandon in 2009 to continue his position with the Canadian Armed Forces. David knows first-hand about the difficulties and challenges of relocating as well as the need for honest and reliable information to build a foundation in a new community. David’s goal is to provide clients with a sense of safety and comfort as they search for a new home. David owns multiple properties in the City of Brandon.     I have enjoyed the pleasure of growing up on the prairies. Where else can you find wide open spaces, endless wheat fields and beautiful sunsets?

    I was born in Scotland and immigrated to Canada at seven years old with my family. I grew up on the family dairy farm near Forrest, then spent a year in Prince Edward Island where my family moved in 1996, before returning to the Brandon area by myself and settling near Rapid City.

    Much of my life has been spent riding and showing hunter/jumper horses and ponies. Once an Equine Canada judge, I am now giving back as a volunteer for the Canadian Pony Club and Little Saskatchewan River Pony Club recently formed by myself and two neighbours.

    After completing the Rural Development and Applied Counselling programs at Assiniboine Community College, I was employed as the Outreach & Marketing Coordinator for a private treatment centre for 12 years. In 2010 I joined Sutton-Harrison Realty and have juggled a busy career as an award winning REALTOR® Ever Since. In 2019 I began my role as Sales Manager for the office and became an Associate Broker in 2022. I am also registered in Saskatchewan and hold Certified Real Estate Broker Manager and Real Estate Negotiation Expert designations.

    My days are filled with helping my clients with their real estate investments, viewing homes, reviewing home inspections, negotiating contracts, putting up sold signs or handing over keys to new homeowners, as well as training and mentoring our Sutton-Harrison team.
